Question: How do you ship the purchased paintings?

Answer: I wrap the painting in a special protective plastic and bubble wrap. After that it is placed into custom made corrugated cardboard shipping box. It guarantees that your painting will arrive safe and sound. Usually I use UPS 3-6 day's delivery. I provide tracking number for every package I ship. If the package is damaged or lost, I will provide a full refund on your card or submit a refund in original way that was used to pay for item. In case the surface of your painting is not completely dry, I would ask you to wait for 1-2 weeks before shipping.

Question: I can see that some of you paintings are previously sold. Could I ask ou to paint another one for me?

Answer: Sure I can do that. I would ask you to pay half of the picture's price first. When the painting is ready, it will take 3-4 weeks with drying period, I will send you an e-mail and we'll agree on the rest of the terms conditions. I'm an honest man and never let anybody down.

Question: When I got the painting it seemed like the colors looked a little bit different. Do you know the reason?

Answer: The actual colors of the painting may vary somewhat from what you see on your computer because of differences in monitor settings. I think that real picture usually looks more colorful and impressive.

Question: What payment do you accept to purchase your pictures?

Answer: Right now I accept just money orders, because there is a lot of fraudulent checks and suspicious credit card information.
